The Balaji Impex ,(formerly known as The Balaje Textiles) is a premier textile organization of "The Balaji group of companies" engaged with all compliance in manufacturing and exporting home textile products in 100% Cotton ,Cotton Blends,100% Linen, Linen blends, Flax, Viscose & Polyester from Karur, an exclusive production centre for home textile products in India. Our Company is marching towards great performance and tremendous growth in the Industry since its inception.

Our major exports are shipped to USA, Canada, Denmark, France & Germany. Our commodities and services are mainly structured to fulfill the customer's requirements and satisfactions which has resulted our company's sales increase every year.

WEAVING

We have a modernized shuttle-less weaving factory with 28 looms accommodating a maximum fabric width of upto 330 cm. We create yarn-dyed stripes, checks and small motifs using electronic dobby.

STITCHING

A combination of dedicated tailors and state of-the-art sewing machineries in place, we craft the finest creations.

CHECKING

To achieve a satisfactory design of the fabric or garment in relation to the level of choice in design, styles, colours, suitability of components and fitness of product for the market.

PACKAGING

Our QC checks the quantity of cartons, size of cartons, their weight, shipping marks, etc.

INFRASTRUCTURE MAN POWER

Every department in our company is a self styled centre and has professionals with sound technical expertise to run them from Designing to finished goods

Our company's meets all social and technical compliance requirements by the client.

Our nominated yarn and fabric processing units are evaluated to work with us and Quality assured by our technical team at all level. Our production team strictly vigil the day to day production status to meet out the on time production and prompt delivery schedule.

The quality of our products is ensured by continuous & close monitoring by our quality department by following the appropriate quality standards and repeated checking and close monitoring of the entire activities related to manufacturing. Well trained quality controllers are involved to do 100% inspection before offering Final Random inspections.

DESIGNING

We have our own designing team comprising designers from reputed institutions who comes up with innovative ideas and give life to your ideas with their beautiful designs.

MACHINE

To keep control the Product Quality and to gain the customers' continuous satisfaction, the stitching process is done under our roof using with single needle & over lock machines.

We supply stain free and needle free products by using appropriate machines.
